Herbert "Bistek" Bautista, former actor and now Quezon City Vice Mayor is facing possible plunder charges in connection with the purchase of food worth P106 million without the benefit of public bidding.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. If that's the case then, I think no further explanation is needed in this entry. If Bistek is really innocent, then why not show his face on public forums and debates? He is giving the people enough reasons judge that he is guilty.
